These terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your use of idyeah unless a term below says otherwise. If you have not already, it's worth reading Apple's Standard EULA as well.

Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using idyeah, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard EULA. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

Christson grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use idyeah on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Your content

Anything you write, generate, or otherwise create within idyeah is yours. Christson does not claim ownership of it, and — as described in our Privacy Policy — does not have access to it in the first place.

Optional subscriptions

idyeah may offer optional paid features by subscription. Where offered, pricing, billing period, and renewal terms will be clearly stated before purchase, and are processed by Apple through your App Store account. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device's Settings.

No warranty

idyeah is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Christson is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of idyeah.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page will be updated and the date above will reflect it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
